Baked Artichoke Dip

1 cup parmesan cheese

1 (6 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed

1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1/3 cup sour cream

1/2 cup cream cheese

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tsp garlic, minced

Mix together Parmesan cheese, spinach, and artichoke hearts. Combine remaining ingredients and mix with spinach mixture. Place in cold oven and set to 375 F. Bake for 25-35 minutes. Serve with crackers or toasted bread.
